RMLL PLAYER REGISTRATION
In addition to registering directly with a RMLL Franchise, Alberta players must also complete an RMLL Intent-to-Play. The RMLL Intent-To-Play does not apply to players on RMLL out-of-province teams.
As per the ALA, only RMLL players completing this Intent-to-Play will be allowed to go on the floor with an Alberta RMLL Franchise. (Call-ups from Minor Lacrosse do not complete the Intent-To-Play)
Major Lacrosse encompasses all players who turn 17 as of December 31, 2024 (birth year 2007). There are two age groups: Junior and Senior. Junior Lacrosse is for players between 17 and 21 years old as of December 31, 2024, and Senior Lacrosse is for players who are over the age of 21, who still wish to play competitive lacrosse. The governing body for Alberta Major Lacrosse is the
Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League (RMLL).
- The Sherwood Park Titans Jr. B Tier II team is part of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League (RMLL) and has always been considered the stepping stone and developmental division for a player and/or team entering Major lacrosse in Alberta.
- The Sherwood Park Titans Junior Ladies team is also part of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League (RMLL) and is open to all players who are under twenty-two years of age and a minimum of seventeen years of age on December 31 in the year they wish to compete. The Junior Ladies became a Division in the RMLL in 2005.
