Come Try Lacrosse

We are excited to offer a FREE COME TRY LACROSSE EVENT!

This event is an excellent opportunity for any new players to get out on the floor and learn what lacrosse it all about! It's free, no registration is required and all players need are clean running shoes and a helmet with a cage, we will have sticks to borrow.

Come out, get some sweet Titans swag and have some fun trying out the FASTEST GAME ON TWO FEET this Family Day!

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm: U7 Co-Ed (Birth Years 2018-2019)

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm: U9 Co-Ed (Birth Years 2016-2017)

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: U11 & U13 Women (Birth Years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015)

6:00 pm - 6:45 pm: U15 & U17 Women (Birth Years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011)

6:45 pm - 7:30 pm: U11 Men (Birth Years 2014-2015)

7:30 pm - 8:15 pm: U13 Men (Birth Years 2012-2013)

8:15 pm - 9:00 pm: U15 & U17 Men (Birth Years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011)

This is a FREE event and NO REGISTRATION is required! 

The sessions will be run by Sherwood Park Titans Coaches and volunteers.

Bring a friend and come check it out! It is a great way to come see what lacrosse is all about.

Equipment required:  Helmet with a cage and indoor running shoes. Sticks will be available to use.
