Communication Procedure
We know questions and concerns come up from time to time, and we want to make sure they’re handled quickly and fairly. To help with this, please follow our communication pathway:
Parent/Team --> Coach/Manager--> Level Director --> Vice-President --> President --> Greater Edmonton Lacrosse --> Alberta Lacrosse Association --> Lacrosse Canada
Most situations can be resolved right at the team level with your coach or manager. If not, the concern can be passed along step by step. Following this pathway ensures your concern gets to the right place and helps us keep communication clear and respectful for everyone involved.
