REGISTRATION for the 2026 SEASON opens JANUARY 5, 2026

$100 try-out fee for any player trying out for our men's U13, U15 or U17 'A' teams in 2026. This fee is non-refundable, whether your player makes the team or not.

*'A' Team Registration Deadline: January 27, 2026

 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. RETURNING PLAYERS: Registration this season will only be online again through RAMP. To register your player, please login to your RAMP account from last year by following this link

(NOTE: Although you can login to your RAMP account prior to Jan. 5th, Player Registration will not become available until it is opened January 5th)

2. NEW PLAYERS: If you do not have a RAMP account, you can follow the registration link above to create a new account.

    * The ALA insurance requirements must be met for any player to be allowed on the floor. Which means your player must be registered with our club to use our floor times.

3. FEE PAYMENT: For player registration you can pay online by credit card or by e-transfer.

    * A 3% processing fee will be added to your credit card on all registrations.

  • E-Transfers
    • NOTE: UPDATED EMAIL ADDRESS - PLEASE CHECK BEFORE SENDING

    • Add a comment with your players first and last name and the age division they play.
    • All e-transfers must be received within 24 hours to complete your registration. Failure to do so may result in loss of registration.

 

***REMINDERS:

4-2: POLICY:  REFUND POLICY

Purpose: To ensure appropriate and timely payments for the Sherwood Park Titans Lacrosse Association and identify conditions regarding refunding of fees to families.

  • All refunds, regardless of reason, are charged a $25.00 admin fee.
  • Refunds requested prior to April 1st, for any reason, will be fully refunded (minus the $25 admin fee).
  • After April 1st, refunds will be prorated by week (minus the $25 admin fee).
  • There will be no refunds after May 1st, unless provided documentation for medical reasons.
  • Refunds will be made through mode of original payment (less applicable credit card fee, which is not refundable)
  • Refunds will be noted in RAMP to ensure the right number of players are recorded for payment to both GELC and ALA.

 4.3 POLICY: MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNT

  • A multi-player discount is available for families where there are 3 or more registrations from the same family (step-family) residing at the same primary residence. 
  • Full registration cost will be applied to the oldest 2 registrantsa 25% reduction for the 3rd player and 4th player or more will get 50% off registration.

 

 Any registrations after close of registrations will not be guaranteed a spot on a team, a wait list may be created depending on team availability.

SHORTS & APPAREL:

  • Titans game day shorts are MANDATORY for each player to wear during games. Shorts are available for purchase ONLY through Sin Bin directly.
  • We are excited to offer a Player Apparel Package for all ages/divisions. This is OPTIONAL and will be available directly through your registration. *NOTE: The Player Apparel Package does NOT include the Titans Game Day Shorts - these are practice/dryland shorts. Players will still need to purchase game day shorts from Sin Bin.

 


 

REGISTRATION FOR COACHES, MANAGERS & TRAINERS: 

To be allowed on the bench and on game sheets, ALL bench staff (coaches, assistant coaches, trainers and managers) MUST register in RAMP every season.

1. Login to your player's RAMP account to register yourself

 

2. Click on the "My Account Members" drop-down menu. If you have NOT been added, click on "Add an Account Member"

3. Click on "Register" and choose "staff." *Please do not register your child as staff*

4. Review the Coaches' and Managers' tab on the website for FULL details on team staff registration and training to ensure you have your Criminal Record Check and Coach Certification requirements.

  • ALL COACHES, BENCH STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS COMPLETE A NEW REGISTRATION EVERY SEASON.
  • Bench staff that are on more than one team only need to register once and the Registrar will assign you to your role on all teams.
