Please review the updated Sherwood Park Titans Policy & Procedures 2025, ratified by the Sherwood Park Titans Board in full on April 15, 2025.

• 7.7 POLICY: DISCIPLINE AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
• 8.5 POLICY: BRANDING, LOGO, APPAREL AND SUPPLEMENTARY CLOTHING
• 9.1 POLICY: COACH SELECTION
• 9.2 POLICY: COACHING CLEARANCE

• 13. CONFIDENTIAL POLICY

You will also notice POLICY 11. EVALUATIONS AND TEAM FORMATION has been removed and is under construction while we begin working with the Evaluation Committee to review and update for the 2026 season based on membership feedback.
