Sherwood park titans lacrosse association has teams at all levels. Each division is divided by year of birth.
Drop in events start in January.
Tryouts start in March
Lacrosse season is typically from April to June. (Dependent on the ice coming out of the local arenas)
Playoffs and provincials in the first couple of weeks of July.

No Experience? No Worries!
Its not uncommon for girls to start learning and to experience success in lacrosse at any of our age groups or earlier in mixed divisions of tyke and mini tyke.
Lacrosse game play and strategies are very close to both basketball and ringette. If you're looking for a fast paced, exciting sport there's no doubt that lacrosse is for you.
For those with post secondary interests lacrosse can lead to scholarship opportunities through out the US and even international competition in girls field lacrosse.
Girls with box lacrosse experience often excel and are sought after for girls field lacrosse.
