Dear Coaches and Managers

On April 6th 2019 there is a mandatory Coaches and Managers Meeting

 

The GELC Board of Directors has indicated that for the 2019 season all GELC teams are to have two representatives at the following meetings.

PLEASE NOTE:  A $50 per person fee will be incurred by the club for each team not sending the required individuals. More than 2 team officials are welcome to attend, but your team must send a minimum of 2. 

Invited attendees include:  head coaches, assistant coaches and managers.   Other interested individuals please email edmlax@telus.net prior to attending.

See chart below for the timing for these events.   Participants are requested to stay for both the WHAT NOT TO YELL presentation and the coaches/managers portion of the meetings.   This is when you will get your game sheets and manager packages and other information specific to your team/division.

The GELC will need to know how many individuals will be attending this event.   We need teams to pre register with the names of the individuals attending.  Please click here to fill in this form Or go to the GELC website and follow the link.
